Overnight Home Care
Overnight Care Can Help Everyone Sleep Better
Our caregivers are available for overnight stays, so family or friends can have time off from their caregiving responsibilities. A caregiver arrives around supper time, prepares dinner, and then readies a client for bedtime. They stay overnight and, in the morning, make breakfast and prepare the client for the day ahead.
We provide the following care services.
· Meal preparation and dietary assistance
· Bathing and showering
· Accompanied walks
· Daily phone calls
· Reading books/newspapers/mail
· Letter writing
· Mailing and filing
· Light housekeeping
· Laundry
· Caring for a loved pet
Transportation Services
We also provide transportation services, which can make a difference in the quality of life for our clients. If they need a ride to a doctor’s appointment, to a family event or a friend’s house, or to the grocery store, we can help. This service can be especially important for those who do not have family or friends nearby who can help with transportation. We transport our clients safely and comfortably.
We can take our clients on the following trips and, if desired, accompany them during the trip.
· Doctor appointments
· Events and outings
· Grocery stores or shops
· Other travel
Our Care Promise
We continually review and revise our business practices and training methods to uphold the Home Care Standards Bureau (HCSB) A+ certification. Our caregivers are graduates of state-certified programs, are screened with a multi-tiered background check, and receive monthly “in-service” training to keep their skills honed. We ensure that our clients feel safe, secure, and confident about their care.
Payment Options
The cost of in-home care is typically lower than in institutional care settings, and older adults generally prefer to stay in the comfort and security of their own homes. Learn more about our payment options here.
